Masterline USA Product Guarantee |

Masterline USA guarantees all of its products to be free of manufacturing defects due to materials and/or workmanship. In the event a product is found to be defective, we do stand behind this guarantee, for both consumers and retail accounts.
We encourage the retailers to take defective returns at their level to eliminate any inconvenience for the customer. However, when individual store policies interfere (i.e. retailers return time limit, customer does not have receipt, or retailer does not feel it is a defect), CUSTOMER SERVICE stands behind MASTERLINE’S guarantee at the corporate level.
Our normal policy is to issue a Return Authorization Number by phone (we do not accept return packages without an RA #). You can also submit a return request by going to the MY ACCOUNT tab and clicking the Request A Return. This allows the customer to send the product in question directly to Masterline USA for inspection. If the product is found to be defective, it is replaced with the same or comparable style. If the product is not found to be defective, it is returned to the consumer. This return process takes approximately 72 hrs. from the time the product is received in our warehouse. We do not pay or reimburse shipping costs back to the warehouse.
Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or use of our products in a commercial capacity voids any warranties, expressed or implied. This includes activities such as renting, leasing, ski school and show teams. Please contact Masterline for clarification or a written decision regarding any use in question.
Warranty Policy:
Ropes and Handles ---- 1 year from date of purchase
Softgoods (gloves, bladders, tubes, bags) ---- 90 days from date of purchase
Wetsuit (Neoprene) Warranty:
Intensity Sports offers a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and a one-year limited warranty on materials (i.e. zippers, grommets, leg straps). Fading of material colors is not warranted. Minor imperfections in color and materials that do not affect the performance of the product are not warranted. Intensity Sports will make the final determination as to whether the suit will be repaired, replaced, or do nothing depending upon our judgement of the manner in which the product was used. Improper use voids warranty. Any products marked or sold as seconds or demos will not be covered by any warranty. All warranties apply to the original owner.
Intensity Sports does not warranty any damages to the glide skin neoprene featured on the Rocket barefoot suit or Pro jumpsuit. It is the retailer’s responsibility to inform all customers of this circumstance.
Drysuit Warranty:
Intensity drysuits are warranted against defects in workmanship and seam construction for a period of 2 years, from the date of purchase. Intensity Sports will make the final determination as to whether the suit will be repaired, replaced, or do nothing depending on our judgement of the manner in which the product was used. Improper use voids warranty.
Soft Goods (apparel) Warranty:
Intensity apparel is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of one year. This includes defects in seams and materials. Normal wear and fading of color is not warranted. Intensity Sports will make the final determination as to whether the suit will be repaired, replaced, or do nothing depending on our judgement of the manner in which the product was used. Improper use voids warranty.
Repairs:
Normal repair time is 2 weeks not including transportation on any material problems. All major repairs will be quoted on a case by case necessity. All repairs not covered by warranty will be billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour. No repair will be started without prior price quotation and approval of the same person requesting the repair.
