Masterline USA eGift Card Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: December 19, 2025
These Masterline USA eGift Card Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of Masterline USA, Inc. eGift Cards (“eGift Cards”). By purchasing, accepting, or using an eGift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Terms
1.1 Masterline eGift Cards are issued by Masterline USA, Inc., 700 W. Bay St., Winter Garden, FL 34787.
1.2 eGift Cards may be redeemed only at www.masterlineusa.com for eligible merchandise.
1.3 Masterline currently offers digital eGift Cards only. No physical gift cards are issued.
1.4 eGift Cards do not expire and have no service or dormancy fees, unless otherwise required by law.
1.5 Masterline reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the use of an eGift Card where fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
2. Purchase & Redemption
2.1 eGift Cards are redeemable toward merchandise only and may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
2.2 If the purchase total exceeds the available eGift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
2.3 Promotional bonus value (for example, Buy $50, Get $55) is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is valid only as part of the eGift Card redemption.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 All eGift Card sales are final. eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or canceled after purchase.
3.2 Merchandise purchased with an eGift Card is subject to Masterline’s standard Return & Exchange Policy.
4. Balance & Availability
4.1 You may check your eGift Card balance during checkout or by contacting Customer Support.
4.2 Balance updates are typically immediate but may occasionally be delayed due to processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
5.1 eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or used without authorization.
5.2 Treat eGift Cards like cash. Masterline is not responsible for unauthorized use.
6. Restrictions
6.1 eGift Cards:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)
- Cannot be resold or transferred for value
- Are void if altered, resold, or used fraudulently
6.2 Masterline reserves the right to modify eligible products or redemption rules at any time.
7. Risk of Loss
7.1 Ownership and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon electronic delivery of the eGift Card.
8. Payment Methods
8.1 eGift Cards may be purchased using valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
9. Delivery
9.1 eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
9.2 Masterline is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masterline USA, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of an eGift Card.
10.2 Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Masterline reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to all outstanding eGift Cards.
