Masterline USA guarantees all of its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, we stand behind this guarantee for both consumers and retail accounts.
We encourage all warranty claims to be handled by the original reseller or dealer from which the product was purchased. This ensures faster service and reduced inconvenience for the customer.
If you purchased directly from Masterline USA, warranty claims should be submitted directly to us. Masterline maintains sales receipts for all direct purchases.
If you purchased through a dealer or reseller, warranty claims must be submitted through that reseller. Masterline USA does not have access to dealer sales records, so proof of purchase from the dealer is required.
If store policies prevent warranty handling (e.g., expired return window, no receipt, or a disagreement about defect), Masterline USA Customer Service will support the warranty at the corporate level.
All warranty returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending any product back. Packages received without an RA number will not be accepted.
RA numbers are issued by email only.
All RA requests must be submitted to: sales@masterlineusa.com
