Need to make a return or exchange?
We got you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (minus return label fees & outbound shipping for orders that qualified for free shipping) within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Domestic Returns/ Exchanges
How to make a return:
Visit our returns portal to start your return.
You will be given an instant credit upon completing your return form, and receive your shipping label. Once the item is received by our customer service team, any unused portion of the instant credit will be refunded to your credit card. Return shipping will be deducted from the credit.
Product(s) not in the original condition and packaging will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
Outbound shipping is not part of the refund.
How to make an exchange:

Exchanges are great if you need to swap a color/size for gloves, wetsuits and apparel.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for products that do not have the same style number/different prices.
If the product does not qualify for an exchange, you are offered an Instant Credit. Please use this credit towards your purchase of the desired item.
If you want a full refund (minus return label fees & outbound shipping) back to the card on file, please do not use the exchange or instant credit feature. Once received, the product will be refunded.
The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card. We will credit your card as soon as your return is processed, typically within 3-5 business days after receipt of the merchandise.
Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.
International Returns/ Exchanges (Canada)
We recommend return shipment(s) be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or Purolator.
Please note that customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by Masterline's Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Want to exchange?
Our exchange process involves (2) separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement items.
