All Eagle wetsuits are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for 90 days from date of purchase. Eagle drysuits do not come with a warranty. How the owner of a drysuit cares for their suit is critical to the longevity of the drysuit. Therefore, we do not warranty drysuits. Eagle Sports does offer drysuit repair options. The Eagle warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or products that have been improperly cared for or misused. The warranty does not cover ink, logos, or artwork printed on the wetsuit including cracking or fading. We do our best to slow those processes using specially blended inks, but cracking and fading is a result of sun exposure. When not using your wetsuit, we recommend turning in inside-out and hanging it in a shaded area away from the sun. This will slow the affects of the sun and help your suit last longer.
Any repairs made to the products by the owner will invalidate the warranty. All products deemed to be covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Eagle Sports.
To return a product for review or repair, contact us at 1-407-656-1133 to request a return authorization number. All shipments sent back without first obtaining a return authorization number, and all freight collect returns will be refused.

** For all new, unused stock size Small thru XXL Returns or Exchanges, customer may return the product for a size exchange only, if the return is received by Eagle no later than 30 days from the original ship date. The customer will be responsible for the original outbound freight charges, freight to send the product being returned back to Eagle, and the return freight - no re-stocking charges will apply to these returns if they are processed within 30 days of purchase.
Requests for Return Authorization must be made prior to sending back any product. Any product returned without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Contact the retailer you purchased your Eagle product through to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number if needed for any size exchanges. Product exchanges received by Eagle more than 30 days from the original ship date will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Size Exchanges are not available on non-standard or custom size products, or any closeout products. (see below).
