RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order ships. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, in original packaging with all tags attached. Start your return at: masterlineusa.returnscenter.com
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made from 10/15 – 12/24 have until 1/23 of the following year to return.
RESTOCKING FEES
- Unopened, original packaging: No restocking fee
- Opened but unused/like new: 15% restocking fee
- Missing packaging or accessories: 20% restocking fee
- Custom, personalized, or sublimated items: Non-returnable
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom, personalized, or sublimated items
- Items that have been wet or used on the water
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS
Free shipping applies to orders of $150.00 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. If a return reduces your order below $150.00, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the highest-tier item returned:

For orders containing multiple item types, the fee is based on the highest-tier item returned. Original shipping and handling fees on non-free-shipping orders are non-refundable.
Note: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, free items, and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email russell@masterlineusa.com and ship your item to: 700 W. Bay St., Winter Garden, FL 34787.
HOW TO RETURN
Ship your return to: 700 W. Bay St., Winter Garden, FL 34787. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3–5 business days to receive your refund. You can check your return status by logging into your account.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer free shipping on international orders. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed upon delivery.
