FREE SHIPPING
Masterline USA offers free standard ground shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more shipped within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations).

SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS
Free shipping is based on your final order total. If a return reduces your order below $150.00, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the highest-tier item returned:
- Ropes, handles, gloves, and accessories: $12.00
- Vests and wetsuits: $19.95
- Flotation suits and barefoot handles: $24.95

For orders with multiple item types, the fee is based on the highest-tier item returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer free shipping on international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed upon delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
